Refund and Cancellation Policy

Amulya Farms values customer satisfaction and has implemented the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Milk Orders

As milk is a perishable product, returns are not accepted once delivered. If spoiled or damaged milk is received, the customer must notify Amulya Farms immediately for replacement at the next delivery.

Desi Ghee Orders

Refunds or replacements are permitted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Cancellations
  • Milk subscriptions may be paused or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

  • Orders for desi ghee may be cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, subject to banking timelines.
